Intention in Witchcraft is Highly Misunderstood

Let me give you an analogy to help clear this up in case you were still thinking intention is everything. It's important but it's not everything. So say somebody walked up to you and said “You now speak Spanish. From now on you can only speak Spanish.” And you're like: “I don't speak Spanish and I'm not speaking Spanish. What do you mean? I can't do that.” And they go: “No no no, it is my will it is my intention. From now on you speak Spanish.” What would you do? You’d look at them like they were a fucking idiot, like what is this person, who do they think they are? That is exactly what happens when you try and put intention and give assignments to herbs and botanicals and things that don't have that correspondence. They look at you like I don't know.
